We’ve updated the Users & Permissions system to give you greater control over user roles and access levels within your organization. This enhancement simplifies user management, increases flexibility, and saves you time.

Previously, managing user access required reaching out to our support team, which could slow down your workflow. Now, you can assign roles and define permissions directly within the product, putting you in full control.

Key Features:

Streamlined Role Assignment: Easily assign roles like No Access, Viewer, User, or Commenter to individual users for specific areas of the product, tailoring access to their needs.
Granular Role Options: Assign roles to users at both the organization and program levels for precise access control.
Default Role Templates: Create default roles for new users to automatically assign consistent access settings, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
Self-Service Management: Adjust permissions and roles anytime on your own, saving time and enhancing operational efficiency.

You can access the new Users & Permissions system by navigating to the Users page within the product. From there, you can view all users in your organization, assign roles, and manage permissions with just a few clicks.

Improved Read-Only Experience Throughout the App

We’ve enhanced the visual cues in read-only views across the app to improve clarity. These updates help you easily recognize when you’re in read-only mode, reducing any confusion and preventing unnecessary permission denied errors.

Clear Visual Indicators: Added labels and badges that clearly signify when you’re in read-only mode, so you know at a glance that editing is not available.
