Paper Trail Outcomes
In this release, we’ve added the ability to document the outcomes of an issue when you close a Paper Trail, which improves your visibility around the decision made and the current status of any remediation efforts.
This update enables you to:
- Document whether you are risk accepting an issue or whether it’s been fully resolved
- Differentiate between remediation of accounts and a solution to the root cause
- Add a comment when closing a Trail
You can also now reopen a Paper Trail, which will enable you to resume all normal actions (e.g., reassigning or commenting) and allow you to provide a new outcome when closing the Trail.
